How We Work in Tucson
Elite Concrete Contractors Tucson pours and repairs residential concrete across Tucson and the towns around it: driveways, backyard patios, stamped and stained surfaces, pool decks, slabs for sheds, RVs and garages, and repairs or overlays on concrete that has cracked, sunk or faded.
Everything we do starts from two facts about this desert. It is hot for most of the year, with the National Weather Service counting an average of 68 days a year at 100 degrees or more at Tucson. And more than half of the year's rain comes in a few summer months, often in short, hard storms. Concrete here has to be placed before the heat flashes it off, cured so it does not dry out too fast, and sloped so a monsoon downpour runs away from the house rather than under the slab.
What you can expect from us
- A visit before a price. We measure, check how water moves across the lot, and look at why the old concrete failed.
- A quote you can compare. Removal, digging, base, thickness, steel, finish and sealing each get their own line.
- Honest scheduling. In summer we pour early in the day, and we will move a pour when a storm is coming rather than rush it.
- Permits looked up for your address. Work that touches the street goes through the City of Tucson's right-of-way permit process, and towns and unincorporated Pima County each have their own rules, so we check before we schedule.
- Care instructions in writing. You get the dates for walking, driving and sealing when the job is done.
When a crack fill, a lift or an overlay will solve the problem for less than new concrete, we price that option too.
